Telephone surveys (CATI)
We conduct telephone surveys using various sampling methods. In case of public opinion polls we use random sampling, quota sampling, etc. In case of companies, we can also use our existing contact databases.
Web surveys (CAWI)
We can also provide our clients with the opportunity of using a web panel, which can be adjusted to almost any imaginable survey. Web surveys are fast, cost-effective and have several extra features in comparison with telephone surveys.
Face-to-face interviews (F2F, CAPI)
We can also carry out face-to-face interviews all over Estonia if need be.
Focus groups
We also conduct focus group studies and recruit people to focus groups if need be. The client can participate in the conducting of the focus group interviews real-time. According to the needs of the client, a focus group interview may result in video recording, transcription or full analysis of the discussion.
Postal surveys (PAPI)
In case of some target groups or research tasks it may be sensible to conduct a postal survey. We can provide full service – from questionnaire preparation, data collection, data entry to data analysis.
